The 2025 National Conference on Artificial Intelligence Education in Colleges and Universities (AIEC 2025) was successfully held in Xi'an from October 17 to 19. The event was jointly organized by several leading institutions, including the Ministry of Education's Teaching Guidance Committee for Computer Science, the Chinese Association of Automation, and the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Education Consortium.
The conference gathered over 600 experts, scholars, and educators from across the nation to discuss the deep integration of AI and education and the pathways for talent cultivation in the intelligent era.Professor Zeng Zhigang, Dean of our faculty, was invited to attend and delivered a featured report titled "Artificial Intelligence Knowledge System and Core Curriculum Construction," sharing valuable insights with peers nationwide.

A significant highlight of the conference was the membership awarding ceremony of the Chinese Artificial Intelligence Education Consortium. Our faculty was officially granted membership into this prestigious organization.As the first higher education association dedicated to AI in China, the Consortium brings together top universities like Tsinghua University and Peking University. It aims to promote educational collaboration, innovation, and development in the AI field, providing a high-end platform for academic exchange, resource sharing, and mutual learning among its members.

Taking this opportunity, our faculty will continue to optimize the AI knowledge system and core curriculum construction, deepen industry-academia-research collaboration, and contribute to the cultivation of high-level AI talent, thereby injecting more "HUST Wisdom" into the high-quality development of the industry.
